No Trading Data: MaxTradingTools does not collect, store, or transmit any of your trading data, positions, orders, account balances, or financial information. The TickerSync app operates entirely on your local machine.

We use your information solely to:

  • Provide and maintain your account
  • Authenticate your access to the desktop TickerSync application
  • Communicate important updates about the service
  • Improve our products and services

3. Data Storage and Security

Your account data is stored on secure servers. Authentication tokens used by the desktop application are encrypted using Windows Data Protection API (DPAPI) and are only accessible by your Windows user account on your machine.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with any charting platforms, brokers, or trading services.

5. Local Processing

The MaxTradingTools TickerSync application runs entirely on your local machine. Ticker symbols are sent from the Chrome extension to the TickerSync app over a local connection (localhost). No trading-related data passes through our servers.

6. Your Rights

You may at any time:

  • Access and update your account information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Revoke desktop application access by logging out or changing your password

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
